“Am I Still Black If?” is a forum focused on challenging the notion of what it means to be Black in 2014. It will address topics related to colorism, Greek Life, “good hair”, and suburban, urban, and rural impacts. The event will take place on Wednesday, February 12th at 5:30pm in the GOBCC Large Multipurpose room. The event is sponsored by the Gaines/Oldham black culture Center, The National Pan Hellenic Council, and the Legion of Black Collegians.
We challenge YOU to give the “Gift of Life” by donating blood at the 4th Annual Blood Brothers Blood Drive. The drive will take place Wednesday, January 29th from 9am – 3pm in Stotler Lounge I – Memorial Union. This blood drive is open to the public. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are encouraged.
